Tucked away in the forests of Zealand, this off-grid weekend cabin was sculpted directly into its lakeside context. Clad in black-pine char (shou sugi ban) and lined internally with untreated pine, the structure feels entirely continuous with the surrounding birch woodland. Large full-slide glass doors dissolve the boundary between wild nature and the warm, wood-fired hearth.
